Please complete and submit this form to be considered for placement in the Connecticut Collegiate Baseball League (CCBL) for the 2025 season.  After his review, CCBL Commissioner Tim Vincent (timvincent22@comcast.net) will forward your application to the appropriate CCBL team for further action.
